Career and Leadership

The Center for Leadership Development (CDL) is responsible for the professional development of students from the first year of their degree.

What is the CDL?

Contributing to the training of leaders capable of connecting knowledge from different areas, navigating complex logics, working collaboratively and creatively, aware of their strengths and opportunities for development.

To this end, the CDL is working on two strategic fronts:

  • Personal and professional development
  • Student Community Well-being and Learning

Personalized services

The Career Development Program takes place throughout the student's journey.
