Nicolly dal Zotto
Director of Technology and CPO at Ambev Tech, responsible for leading the company’s artificial intelligence transformation initiatives in South America, specifically in Brazil and Argentina.
Livia Kuga
A consultant and researcher specializing in leadership and organizational culture, she serves as a strategic advisor to executives. A former partner at Stone, where she led the people management team for eight years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of São Paulo (USP) and is pursuing a master’s degree and a Ph.D.
Ronan Damasco
As Microsoft’s National Technology Director in Brazil, he has 32 years of experience at the multinational company, having led departments such as Education and LATAM Support. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Brasília (UnB) and a master’s degree from the University of Liverpool, and has completed specialized studies at Georgetown University and the FDC.
Wescley Trajano
A Senior Data & Analytics Manager with experience at Ambev, he leads strategy and performance initiatives in the consumer goods industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Production Engineering from UFABC and an MBA in Data Science from USP, and is a Black Belt and specialist in agile management.
Felipe Neves
He holds a master’s degree from Stanford University and is a doctoral candidate at the University of São Paulo School of Medicine; he was also a visiting professor at MIT. He has been working in education in Brazil and Latin America for over 10 years and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2018.

A professor of innovation at CESAR School and Inteli, he is the founder of D1GI Dax. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from UFPE and an M.B.A. from PUC-Rio, and has served as an executive at FCA (where he led the R&D Center), Petrobras, and EY, as well as a board member at FACEPE.
Cesar Almiñana
Professor of Business and AI at Inteli and Founder of Almiñana Consulting, he leads data analytics initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Mackenzie University and an MBA in IoT from the University of São Paulo (USP).
Fabiana Martins
A professor at Inteli, she holds a Ph.D. and a master’s degree in Intelligence Technologies and Digital Design from PUC-SP and has 16 years of experience bridging academia and the industry, with a focus on digital twins, accessibility, and innovation project management.
Afonso Brandão
A professor at Inteli, he teaches Programming and Artificial Intelligence. He holds a master’s degree and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Engineering from Mackenzie University, combining his background in Production Engineering with solid technical expertise in Data Science and software development.
Vanessa Nunes
