The article "The talent of delegating: testing a game to improve soft skills in training offered by outsourced HR" presents the development and testing of the game "The Talent of Delegating", created to improve the ability to delegate tasks to professionals in leadership positions, aged between 23 and 35. With simple mechanics, such as the drag and drop gesture, the game was designed to be intuitive and effective in teaching this fundamental skill for the corporate environment.
During the testing process, the team improved the game based on the user experience, ensuring ease of use and clarity in interactions. The results showed that participants were able to learn and apply the concepts of delegation in a practical and efficient way - reinforcing the game's potential as a dynamic approach to developing soft skills aimed at leadership.
More than just a game, "The Talent of Delegating" is an innovative tool that complements traditional training programs. By transforming learning into an interactive and engaging experience, the proposal contributes to improving leadership skills and offers companies a new way to strengthen their teams.
