The "Learning Learning" is inspired by the logic of project backlogs. In the same way that a development team has a list of tasks to complete and system requirements to implement, our Inteli students have a set of learning activities to complete during each module.
This system ensures that each student has a clear understanding of what is expected and that our curriculum is comprehensive, efficient and flexible.
Every ten weeks, our students start a new module with a list of around 200 activities on the Adalove platform, the "learning backlogs". Here's an overview of the essential components.
Project Delivery - Artifacts
Every two weeks, students need to hand in artifacts, which are parts of the projects they are building. Partial deliveries are key to ensuring the progress and success of the project.
Self-study - List of Contents
Self-study is a very important part of Inteli's methodology. Students need to organize themselves to study the content related to the module and bring questions to meetings with teachers in an inverted classroom logic.
Within the self-study, some items are "weighted" and worth a grade. This challenges students to delve deeper into specific topics.

Meetings
Classes here at Inteli are called "encounters" precisely to convey the idea of a time when teachers interact with students in the shared construction of knowledge.
Evidence
Yes, here at Inteli there are two tests per module to help measure the knowledge acquired during the period and to encourage revision and understanding of the topics.
Self-assessment and group assessment activities
Students are challenged to self-assess and engage in group assessment activities. This encourages self-reflection and the development of teamwork skills, which are critical aspects of their education.
The Learning Backlogs are a reflection of our practical approach to learning. Each activity represents a challenge and an opportunity for growth for the students, who learn that it is only possible to deliver complex projects with a solid understanding and a commitment to high-quality partial deliveries.
