Inteli is the only college in Brazil with 100% project-based teaching - from the first to the last day of class. Here, you don't just study: you create, you solve, you build.

Projects for real companies

Each quarter begins with a real challenge proposed by companies such as BTG Pactual, Uber, Hospital Sírio-Libanês, Volkswagen, Ambev, AACD, Google, IBM, among many others. It could be creating a robot to deliver medicines to hospitals, developing a financial fraud prevention system, or even an environmental monitoring solution via IoT for agribusiness.
You receive the briefing. You study the context. Form a multidisciplinary squad. You research, prototype, make mistakes, learn, test again - until you deliver a solution with real impact.

The stage everyone wants to reach

From the first year, our students experience vacation internships in large companies. And in the third year, they take on regular internships with the support of the career area, the Center for Development and Leadership.

More than 80% of our students are already interning at companies such as Google, Amazon, Nubank, Mercado Livre, Uber, BCG, Ifood and BTG Pactual, among other giants. Here, the market recognizes talent right from the start.

Real entrepreneurship

At Inteli's Entrepreneurship Center, our students have something that many people in the market dream of: direct access to investors who raise billions of reais in investment rounds and are behind some of the most innovative startups in Latin America, such as: Monashees, One VC, Atlantico, Alexia Ventures and Canastra Venture.

If your goal is to undertake with consistency, purpose and a global vision, then this is where it all begins.

International experience that transforms

At Inteli, the world is the classroom. As early as the first year, students can experience vacation exchanges at partner universities around the world. And from the third year onwards, the international experience deepens with regular academic exchange programs.

There are more than 60 global connections with leading tech and business institutions, such as Harvard and Stanford (USA), Cambridge (UK), Technion (Israel), Universidad de Salamanca (Spain) and Zuyd (Netherlands), among many others.

Selection process 100% about you

Our Selection Process is unlike anything you've ever seen, because talent goes far beyond a test. Inspired by the American model, our assessment format is holistic and values all your potential: knowledge, background, skills and attitudes.

There are three complementary axes - Test, Profile and Project - in a 100% online process, carried out on our Adalove platform, to be accessible from anywhere in the world. And there's more: Inteli has created the first adaptive math and logic test in Brazil, which adjusts to your performance in real time. It's a unique experience!

Registration

From 5/8 to 12/10

Evidence

In the first stage, you take part in a unique and personalized experience: the first adaptive test in Brazil. You choose how you want to take it: remotely or in person on our campus.

Please note: this is the only elimination stage in the process.

Challenge: Solve 20 math and logic questions within 2 hours.

Profile axis

From 20 to 27/10

In the second stage, we want to get to know the person behind the candidate. Take the opportunity to include awards, extracurricular activities and personal achievements.

ChallengeWrite two essays: one on leadership experiences and the other on a vision of the future in technology and business. You will send everything via our Adalove platform.

Project Axis

From 20/10 to 28/11

In the third stage, we want to get to know the leader in you. We're going to propose a topic for group discussion, and you'll have to study it until your dynamic is scheduled.

Challenge: Study the topic and present your critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills in an online group dynamic.

Results

Important: Although the Selection Process lasts from 2 to 3 months, the estimated dedication time is approximately 10h, adding up the three stages.
